— The 8990 Housing Development Corporation (8990 HDC), developer of Deca Homes in the country is expanding their presence in Soccsksargen region. This will be their first project in General Santos City. It comprises the 18.82 out 67.53-hectare property complex acquired from SAFI Land - GSC Development Corp.
It involves the construction of 1,271 units of house and lot. Unit sizes range from 80 to 150 square meters, but the project will also offer socialized housing units with the unit size of 40 square meters each. It will also have feature parks, playgrounds and other community facilities.
The project is located at the Barangay Calumpang, General Santos City. It has an overview of Mount Matutum and the seaport of the city.
